RB Salvon Ahmed signs with Bears
The 5-foot-10, 197-pound running back spent four years with the Dolphins and racked a total of 593 yards and five touchdowns. Ahmed then moved to a year on the Broncos practice squad and then Indy where he suffered a gruesome ankle injury in training camp and never played a down. His RB coach in Miami was Eric Studesville, now in the same position with the Bears

S Anthony Johnson Jr. does too
Johnson was drafted by the Packers in the seventh round of the 2023 draft and started four games that season. He the moved onto play for the Giants and spent 2025 on their injured reserve. The team also worked out CB Sam Webb on Wednesday, according to Jordan Schultz, who reported both of the signings above.
